DESCRIPTION:Free Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Coupons for 2024 \nIf you haven’t received your Farmers’ Market Coupons for 2024\, the Nutrition Program at SeniorCare will be distributing SFMNP coupon booklets at The Backyard Growcery Market at Burnham’s Field in Gloucester on Wednesday\, September 18\, 2024\, 2:30 – 4:30 pm. \nEligible individuals will receive $50 in coupons that can be used to purchase fresh\, locally grown fruits and vegetables at participating farmstands at the market. \nTo qualify\, individuals must be 60 years of age or older and meet the income eligibility guideline:  Household of One: $2\,322/month.  Household of Two: $3\,152/month. \nA limited supply is available and will be distributed on a first-come\, first-served basis.  For more information\, contact the SeniorCare Nutrition Department 978-281-1750. \n  \nUSDA Non- Discrimination Statement  \nIn accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) civil rights regulations and policies\, the USDA\, its Agencies\, offices\, and employees\, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race\, color\, national origin\, sex\, disability\, age\, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA. \nPersons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille\, large print\, audiotape\, American Sign Language\, etc.)\, should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits.
