Request for Proposal (RFP) For Purchased Service Contracts

FY2023 – FY 2025 (Ending September 30, 2025)

SeniorCare Inc. (SCI) is a private, not-profit agency and an Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts holding a contract with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) to provide home care services and programs to qualifying individuals within the Cape Ann/North Shore area covering nine cities and town.  SCI is seeking organizations interested in providing home care services to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) bid.  The contracting period will commence on October 1, 2022 ending on September 30, 2025.

SCI is not committed to award an agreement to a provider and reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, nor is SCI liable for any costs incurred in the proposal.  All rates submitted within proposals will be reviewed by SCI following the Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) guidelines.  If SCI determines that additional information is necessary, SCI reserves the right to request this during the process for new RFPs.

Most providers seeking to submit an RFP are also required to submit an application for the MassHealth Frail Elder Waiver Program as they might provide services to consumers in the Frail Elder Programs.  Providers are to include this application along with the RFP documentation.  Please note that one application submitted will cover all ASAPs within Massachusetts.   For more information please contact SCI’s Contract Manager or visit https://noi.800ageinfo.com.
