Caregiving can be rewarding and fulfilling, but can also take an emotional, physical, and financial toll.

You are eligible for the Family Caregiver Support program if you are an adult who is

  • Caring for anyone aged 60 or over
  • Caring for an individual of any age with Alzheimer’s or other dementia
  • Age 55 or older and caring for a child under the age of 18 or someone with a disability.

SeniorCare provides

  • One-to-one counseling for caregivers to assist them in making decisions, reviewing various options, and solving problems related to caregiving
  • Support groups (see schedule below) with a focus on peer support, education and training to reduce stress and develop coping skills.

There is no charge to participate in the Family Caregiver Support program. Contact our Caregiver Support Specialist.
