The SeniorCare Technology Navigator program provides free one-to-one assistance to help older adults (age 60 or older) access the internet, learn about technology resources and programs, and utilize technology to meet their individual goals. Support emphasizes meaningful and patient assistance to older adults while keeping in mind the level of understanding and unique requirements of each individual.

Services include:

  • Assistance using specific devices (i.e., cellphone, tablets, Kindles, iPads, laptop or desktop computers, etc.)
  • Creating e-mail accounts, accessing, and using services such as ZOOM, telehealth, and other online resources
  • Personalized internet connectivity assistance (finding the right service, searching for reduced internet/device prices, Affordable Connectivity Program eligibility)
  • Providing a general understanding of the digital world and how to use this tool safely and effectively
