Matter of Balance Fall Prevention Workshop

SeniorCare Inc., in conjunction with Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals, and the Center for Healthy Aging, presents “A Matter of Balance”, an 8-week fall prevention workshop on Wednesdays, July 3 – August 21, 2024, 9-11am in the Women’s Health Conference Room (1st Floor) at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.  “A Matter of Balance” is an eight-week free workshop focusing on educating and supporting older adults around falling and the fear of falling. Through group discussion, practical strategies and light exercising, older adults will reduce the fear and risk of falling, helping them to stay active and involved!
