End of Life Care: What’s Important?

This program will explore the unique needs at end of life, what quality end of life care looks like and why is it so important. This program will consist of viewing the acclaimed film Wit, followed by a group discussion facilitated by Mary Crowe, LICSW, ACHP-SW, C.D.S., CDP, CADDCT, Director of Professional and Community Education, Care Dimensions.
Program meets the requirements of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing at 244 CMR 5.00 for 3 contact hours.
