Caregiving 101

Join us for Caregiving 101, an education program by the Alzheimer’s Association® covering topics like:

• The role of a caregiver
• Practical tips for how to handle everyday caregiving challenges
• How to build your support team
• Ways to manage caregiver stress

As a part of this program, you will receive activities to apply person-centered care approaches to your own caregiving situation.

Refreshments will be served. Respite care will be available. Caregivers from surrounding towns are welcome!

Rest Stop Ranch will provide a supervised craft activity for care recipients during the education program.
