Relaxation & Meditation Session (Mar 2024)

SeniorCare is offering family caregivers an hour-long meditation and relaxation session that will include brief instruction in sitting posture, teachings for well-being and healing, and practices for working with the mind, along with guided meditation for grounding and centering. This is a great opportunity for asking questions about meditation and connecting with others who are also seeking support and encouragement. This event is funded by the ACT (Assisting Care Partners to Thrive) program– offering support to reduce stress, build community, and ease some of the burdens that accompany caregiving.
