The Savvy Caregiver (July-Aug 2024)

The SAVVY Caregiver is a free 6-week workshop is for caregivers of memory-impaired recipients, meets weekly and will help caregivers understand the impact of dementia, learn skills to manage daily life and communicate more effectively, and take care of themselves. This workshop will take place on Tuesdays, July 2 – August 6, 2024, at the Topsfield Council on Aging. Participants should plan to attend all six sessions of the workshop.
