Essex County Greenbelt Walk & Lunch

Caregivers are invited to a gentle walk led by a trained guide at Vineyard Hill. The walk will be tailored to participants’ interests and abilities. After the walk, we will have lunch together at a local restaurant (TBD).

This event is funded by the ACT (Assisting Care Partners to Thrive) program– offering support to reduce stress, build community, and ease some of the burdens that accompany caregiving.
