Savvy Caregiver Training is for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Taking care of a person living with Alzheimer’s or related dementia is specialized work. To do this work successfully, caregivers need special skills, knowledge, and a positive attitude that helps them care for themselves.

Savvy Caregiver Express will help you:

• Gain a better understanding of Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
• Develop self-care strategies.
• Learn skills and strategies to successfully provide daily activities of ‘Contented Involvement’ for your family member living with dementia.
• Identify and engage family and other resources for care-related assistance and support.

This workshop will take place on Fridays, December 4-18, 2026, via Zoom.
