What You Don’t Know about ADHD in Women and Older Adults
This presentation will describe the evaluation of an adult with ADHD and associated disorders and will include examples of patient vignettes for illustration. General concepts related to differentiating ADHD from co-existing psychiatric co-morbidities will be presented. Clinical aspects of ADHD in women and older adults will also be highlighted. Current psychosocial and pharmacologic treatment options will be described and discussed.
