SeniorCare works closely with those we serve, their families and other informal supports, weaving together programs and services that make living at home as easy and comfortable as possible. Such services include nutritional assistance (i.e., Meals on Wheels, “Grab & Go” meals distributed from local Councils on Aging, and nutrition counseling), money management assistance, medical transportation, caregiver support, homecare (including case management and nursing services), protective services, and more. As “essential employees,” our staff and volunteers have been honored to continue fulfilling our mission for those we serve during the pandemic.
