SeniorCare, as the federally designated Area Agency on Aging for the communities of Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield, and Wenham, seeks input from older adults, caregivers, partners, and the public regarding its Draft SeniorCare 2026-2029 Area Plan. In accordance with the Older Americans Act of 1965 (as amended), the area plan includes prioritization of needs and strategies to develop a comprehensive and coordinated network of services for persons aged 60+ and their caregivers.
The SeniorCare FFY2026-2029 Draft Area Plan will be posted for public review through March 23, 2026 and can be downloaded here. Community stakeholders are encouraged to review the draft and submit feedback.
