SeniorCare Inc., Area Agency on Aging (AAA), requests proposals to provide services under Title III of the Older Americans Act for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 – October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, through Title III-B (supportive services) to persons aged 60 and older living in one or more of the following towns: Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield, and Wenham. Identified service priorities include Elder Law; outreach to older adults by Councils on Aging; transportation to medical appointments or needed services; and programs addressing social inclusion. Targeted populations include adults aged 60 and older, with particular attention to those who are low income, minority, or at greatest social need.

- Statements of Intent must be completed, signed, and received at SeniorCare by 5:00 p.m. May 23, 2025. SOIs may be returned via e-mail [email protected]; mailed to SeniorCare: 49 Blackburn Center; Gloucester, MA 01930-2259; or in person.
Statements of Intent will be reviewed, and full proposal applications will be sent to applicant proposals that address identified service priorities, targeted populations, and geographical requirements.
Full proposals will be due June 20, 2025.
All grants are subject to the availability of federal funding.
