REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
May 22, 2021: The window for accepting Title III proposals has closed.
SeniorCare Inc., Area Agency on Aging, requests proposals from qualified organizations to provide services under Title III of the Older Americans Act for FFY2022 through Title III-B (supportive services) to persons 60 and older living in one or more of the following towns: Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield, and Wenham. Identified service priorities include: Elder Law; Targeted Outreach to elders by area Councils on Aging; transportation to medical appointments or needed services; and programs addressing isolation, economic well-being, or housing to targeted populations; program utilizing innovative approaches welcomed. Targeted populations include elders aged 60 and older with particular attention to low income and minority elders and those of greatest social need, i.e., those that experience cultural, social or other isolation. All grants are subject to the availability of federal funding. The project period will be October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2022 with a possible renewal for one year, pending the achievement of identified service objectives and fund availability.
